Hi friends, we are facing issues related to People Profile cache getting corrupted in our prod environment. due to that in the staus drop down of any incident it is reflecting priority(p1,p2,...) instead of resolved, Inprogress, Resolved. As we don't want to flush our Mid tier prod Cache. Please provide the resolution.
