Hi all, Currently, 16 external applications are integrated with our Remedy system via webservices.We are facing many transactional issues in our environment.I am thinking of introducing a middleware for addressing these issues.
Do you recommend my approach? What are the pros and cons? Which is the best middleware? Please advise me on this.
