A little background...
This is the Dev server. We kept getting plugin errors, so I decided to
reinstall Java since I saw that there was an aborted Java install in the system
event log.
Then being a meddler, I reinstalled Tomcat. Got everything working to the
point where we were getting the plugin errors (and don't get them) and now I
get the error below:
