Thank you all for responses.

Misi,

It is not altogether clear how you have come to the conclusion that list-calls
are sent to the fast-queue. I have never seen this happen.
- I was looking at these lines, List queue rpc 390620, eventhought 390620 is
Fast.
<API > <TID: 0000003876> <RPC ID: 0000000136> <Queue: List > <Client-RPC:
390620

You can always use environment variable ARRPC=390680, export ARRPC to force
runmacro, or any API-program not overriding the setting, to connect to a
specific queue.
- I will try this for runmacro.
? - can it be done for webservices?

Kirin,
We are about to upgrade to 7.6 SP3 on test environment.

thank you both, for the analysis.

----
Just learnt that the memory allocated to the db is less than 1gb. Its supposed
to be 4 gb. So, after we make this change. Further analsys will be done.
----

Using 30 day trail for Carl's tool. This is what I got - loading sql, api,
filter logs. (missed escalation). It seems that is no queuing and in terms of
fast and list, the current allocation may be sufficient.
