I left the installer for overnight and it hasn't showed any result. Restarted the installer and it went through with the BMC support says it the archive log that caused the issue. I am still not sure why did the installer got hanged. Currently I moved from that stage and installed mid-tier Atrium, SLM, ITSM successfully We want to introduce RKM in to our environment, at time of installing FTS, i came across that FTS uses 9998 as default port, not sure FTS would work if i choose different port. (Since our remedy TCP port is 9998) Did any one installed FTS on adifferent port? Thanks Ravi
