Hi, yes you can use Atrium Orchestrator to integration to ARS and ITSM Modules. The current version supports the latest ARS and ITSM release (Version 8.0.00) and is backwards compatible through the supported ARS versions. For previous versions before version 7 you will need to contact BMC support.
It is a separate product, therefore you will need to contact your BMC Sales representative for pricing information.
