Hi All, Sort of new to ITSM 7.6 and need to change the Reported Source in the Incident. I know I need to make the change in the Incident Create and Incident forms. Is there anywhere else? Any workflow behind these value?
On a similar note I don't see Reported Source on the Change form or the Change Create form Am I missing something or was it not included?
