Looks like we're going to need to use the migratory to create a duplicate of our DEV system for testing. This might be a dumb question, but will migratory copy everything over from one system to another or do I need to have the SQL DBA copy the SQL data file from one system to another and then run the migratory and copy from testa to testb?
