Marcelo: We use a link that follows this format:
https://midtierservername.company.ext/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=NTE%3aNotifier&server=ITSMSERVERNAME&eid=NTS0000000ABCDE midtierservername.company.ext = FQDN for your midtier server, e.g. itsmprod.mycompany.com ITSMSERVERNAME = hostname for your ITSM server ABCDE = 5 digit number identifying the NTS ID. I think there are some behind-the-scenes settings on the server that have to be configured for this to work, and I'm afraid I can't help with that. I'm not sure what the Notifier form looks like, but presumably it contains mappings between NTS numbers and actual tickets from ITSM modules. This works for both INC and CRQ tickets, and will open a window that will let you modify the ticket in question, but will not let you navigate to any consoles or different modules. Good luck! I've tried different variations of the link w/o success. The best I can do is open the CHG:Infrastructure Change form in search mode. I've looked thru previous posts on the list but did clearly identify how to build the link. Does anyone know of documentation on how to build the link?
