Thanks, Natalie (and Anne). Actually, there's just one user test. Deborah posted the call for volunteers in multiple product communities because we're looking for users who specialize in different BMC products to test a few aspects of docs.bmc.com. After getting the publicity here I'm sure we'll get more than enough Remedy folks ;-), so if your company uses other BMC products please also pass the word to your counterparts who work with BladeLogic, ProactiveNet, Cloud Lifecycle Management, etc...
