Hi All, I need to know the license requirements for the Crystal Report server to use with ITSM 7.6.04 OOB. If I create a report in the Report Console, set the report type to Crystal and save. As far as the Crystal report Server is concerned who just created the report?, Remedy or mbrittain?
In case it makes a difference I have two AR Servers in a server group and two load balanced mid-tiers. If anyone has some general guidelines or a good reference that would be greatly appreciated.
