For my project, requirement is to work on ITSM 7.6. Client will provide access to everything, except BMC Developer studio tool. So this tool we need to get on our own. So is it possible to just get Developer Studio tool? Also while downloading this tool, Support ID is being asked, which is also not shared by client? In keeping above constraints in mind, can you please suggest me now how to get BMC Remedy Developer Studio tool?
