Remedy Developer Studio is not a product sold separately from AR System. You cannot purchase just Developer Studio. Developer Studio is a component that comes as part of a BMC Remedy AR System purchase.
It does not "come with a Remedy Application license". Not exactly sure what was meant by that, but no BMC Remedy application licenses or BMC Remedy application user licenses come with BMC Remedy AR System. -David J.
