Hi All, In ITSM 7.6, I need to create a email notification to a specific address that is sent when the Incident Work Info (Note) is updated and the Customer is XYZ. Since this is an active link push field, I can't figure out anyway to send the Note content with a notify filter. I am thinking I either have to do an active link push field to a custom form and notify on create or set field to a custom field in the Incident and use that with the notify filter.
Really hoping for a clean way to do this. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
