Karthik, I'm sure this won't help you much, but maybe it will. The RemedyForce solution is meant for smaller organizations with less data/structure. It does not (from my understanding) include a full CMDB. It is sized and priced for someone that needs something, but not everything....I don't have the comparison that you are looking for unfortunately.
