Dear All, I would like to know if there is someone who has already built a solution that replicates ITSM data to a dedicated database for BMC Analytics (BO). Some technical options that could be used in our context are: Informatica IDR (ETL), Oracle Dataguard and Oracle Golden Gate. Does anyone use one of that technology and has some feedbacks from experiences (pros, cons, issues)?
