Hi Shawn, BMC has a product called - *BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility Best Practices* is a system for *mobilizing the BMC Service Request Management application and Approval Central application*. BMC Remedy ITSM - Mobility allows a user to browse and search through the BMC Service Request Management Service Catalog for Service Request Definitions and to then submit Service Requests (SRs) from a mobile device.
The current Version is 7.6.04 and with sp3 it provide support for SRM 8.0. To my knowledge, I am not aware for support of Change approval though.
