This is slightly off topic. I am looking for a My SQL developer for a 6 month project in the Washington, DC area. The person does not have to know Remedy. US Citizenship is a requirement and possibly a public trust clearance. If the person does not have a clearance, that's ok. I can process the paperwork to request an investigation for a clearance.
