Hi All, I managed to create and attache Incident Detail HTML template to OOTB filter NTE:NTS:Email_200_SystemNT but the values are not being populated, values are blank.
I came to know that I have to include only those fields in HTML template which are existing on the form but currenly I am using OOTB filter NTE:NTS:Email_200_SystemNT which is firing on NTE:Notifier form. Now question is how can I inlcude fields of HPD:Help Desk form on NTE:Notifer form ? Any help would be appreciated.
