Hi Folks, We are using ITSM 7.6.04 on ARS 7.6.04.
We need have a requirement to show one fields as customer requirement - Total Pending time - Is there any field in HPD:HelpDesk form which is capturing total pending time. Total Resolution time - Total time taken to resolve the INC. Appreciate your suggestion.
