Hi All & TGIF, In the Incident or Change you can select Functions > Email System and send an email. I want to have a different from address than the mailbox default. I could not find in the ITSM Admin Guide or the Notification Guide where this could be changed, assuming it can. If there is a guide for the "Email System" it would be great to know. Otherwise if someone could give me some ideas on where to go to customize the From address.
