Okay! It's time to get my head around creating/configuring notification events since people have been asking for it.
The current request on the table is if I can create a notification sent to a specific support group when a change is raised (or implementation scheduled or completed, pretty much anything to let people know system specialists have a change going in for the stuff this particular support groups supports). I suppose this could also be done at a stretch when a specific support group approves a change, since the will be a group that set up as approvers only for the purpose of approving change requests raised for the Service CIs in question. Does that makes sense? If so anybody do anything similar, or know how to do something like that? I'm guessing it's a Asset/CI Notification of some description but not really sure at all.
