I've come across an odd Crystal issue. I created a report in a test environment. The report is too long for one row on a 11x17 landscape setting so I make the report be displayed on two rows.
The crystal report is pointed at a pre-qualified remedy view form which I built based on a custom sql table. There's 14k rows in this view form/table. In test, the report runs fine and displays fine. I migrated the report, view form and sql table over to prod and the report only shows 2 records while the view form shows 14k records. When I back out the second row from the crystal report, I get the 14k records in the crystal report. I add one field to the second row and I get 2 records. Keep in mind, the criteria has not changed. I've tried looking at the parameter differences between test and prod and I'm just not seeing this.
