All, I am at wit's end trying to load Incidents using Data Management.
ITSM 8.1 Windows 2008 SP2 Oracle 11g We are retiring our 8.0 and I need to move Incidents to the 8.1. I downloaded the Excel file from Data Management & filled it according to directions. At the Load process, the file errors with - Reported Date String : couldn't convert string [2013/03/22 15:08:35.000] to a date using format [MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss] I have tried to fix the format date/time fields - in Excel, the data appear correctly. Yet I cannot get past the error. Any tricks I should use to correct the formatting? Any assistance is appreciated.
