Good morning everyone, 

What is the best way to go about pulling the changes is status from a Service 
Request for a specific ticket?

This seemed easy to me at first blush.  However, I'm a little perplexed.  This 
is for version 7.0 also.  I know...I know...

Just looking for expertise on what people have found best practice for this.  
Ultimately, it will go into a Crystal Report.

Also followed by the changes in status for a spawned CHG.  The CHG's seem a 
little more straight foward with the Status History fields.
