ARS & ITSM 8.1 (Full ITSM) Windows 2008 SP2 Oracle 11g The customer has asked that the default for all Work Info records be set to Locked in order to preserve each entry from being altered. Has anyone out there changed this default setting? Any lessons learned you can share?
It seems like a small change but with ITSM, there is no inconsequential change! Assistance is appreciated.
