Hi Gordon, This can also happen when the CMDB library is not loaded by the AR server. Any errors/messages in the cmdbengdebug or arerror log?
Can you check if "Load-Shared-Library-Path" points to the right location in AR.CFG - as for example <Path>\AtriumCore\cmdb\server64\bin; and Load-Shared-Library to cmdbsvr7604_win64.dll for 7.6.04 windows for example?
