I am having issues with my SP2 to SP4 upgrade. BMC Support said it is because my SHR:Landing Console has a new view that I called Default Administrator View. I copied the original, renamed it and then named my new view "Default Administrator View". I renamed the original to "Default Administrator ViewOLD".
