Did you use Overlays? I wouldn't have thought this type of issue would be possible if you did, which would seem more like a BMC defect.

BMC Support said it is because my SHR:Landing Console has a new view that I called Default Administrator View. I copied the original, renamed it and then named my new view "Default Administrator View". I renamed the original to "Default Administrator ViewOLD". To do the upgrade, I need to reverse the names. I can re-name the old one and not the new one.
