Helloo, I am using ITSM OOB Web Services (HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS) from a customized workflow application to create automatic tickets. When I try to see the WSDL file (http://<midtier_server>/arsys/WSDL/public/<servername>/HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS) on production server, it is throwing ARERR 9337 error. This was working from a long time and stopped responding today after rebooting the server. I can able to see the WSDL file on my DEV server. Attached is the error message.
