HI
I am trying to create a crystal report serach criteria using LIKE.
using Crystal Report, the search criteria is {HPD_HelpDesk.Company Name}
LIKE {?Customer Name}
and if i put {?Customer Name} = *ABC*, crystal will give me all ticket
whose company name includes ANC.
but if i run the report in AR user, it give 0 result.
anyone can advise how i can use a LIKE search in AR user ?
