You need to understand the way a CR thing runs in Remedy-the manual does
describe how it works

 

Parameters in a Crystal Report are ignored when the report is run inside
Remedy. You need to add the CR to the Report form and run it from there;
selecting the relevant criteria. This will perform a search of the
indicated form and present the selected data to the CR. Effectively the
CR report is just become a presentation engine.

 

Running the CR outside of Remedy via the ODBC driver allows you to use
all the good stuff available in Crystal Reports.

** HI 

 

I am trying to create a crystal report serach criteria using LIKE.

 

using Crystal  Report, the search criteria is  {HPD_HelpDesk.Company
Name} LIKE {?Customer Name}

 

and if i put {?Customer Name} = *ABC*, crystal will give me all ticket
whose company name includes ANC.

 

but if i run the report in AR user, it give 0 result. 

 

anyone can advise how i can use a LIKE search in AR user ?
