Hi Jiri, I have a discussion that is quite identical. We want to use the ITSM ootb integration forms directly, without any additional pre-staging form. ITSM Integration Guide mentions this possibility. Because of Atrium Orchestrator we are using we decided to create one Webservice from AO and use the ootb integration forms of ITSM by using the Remedy API Adapter from AO. In the Webservice we will parse different parameters that identifies what module und what action is required, e.g. Incident and CREATE. Advantage: 1 URL but different parameters. Problem: size of the XML. HTH
