Does anyone have an idea of what kind of time factor it would take to move from ITSM 7.6.04 SP4 to ITSM 8.x ?
Are there any gotcha type issues? Special considerations? Do the overlays really work/help? We are about to populate the SMDB with all of the data center assets, is this something that would be better done in 8.x? We just hit our 1 year out on ITSM 7.6.04 and now management would like to move to ITSM 8.x. Thank you!
