Hi Robert, Error 44699 comes from filter: HPD:INC:Assignment_036_AsgRouting (or another AST filter which you do not care about for this issue)
Has the setting to auto create an associated Incident been enabled within SRM (this appears to be the case as it is the Incident form throwing the error)? If so, you need to create an Incident Assignment record for the company/classification or a sub-set thereof. Hope this helps. Regards, Ryan.
