Heba, The regular form you selected... Are you sure it is a regular form and not a display only form? If it is a display only form, of course no fields show because there are no fields you can get data from as there is no data.
If the form has real data fields on it, they should show up as being able to be columns in the table field. The fact that the table is on a join form is not important. You should see the exact same interaction if you were on any other form as well.
