Dears, The Source form is a regular form not a display only form and when I right click on the destination join form it shows "add from" source form.

Are you sure it is a regular form and not a display only form? If it is a display only form, of course no fields show because there are no fields you can get data from as there is no data. If the form has real data fields on it, they should show up as being able to be columns in the table field. The fact that the table is on a join form is not important. You should see the exact same interaction if you were on any other form as well.
