Hi Remedy Crew! We've created a variable task template with the template type = Global.
Problem: The variable selection is not clearing-out. For instance: Working several CRQs that use the Group Task Template with the variable task. After entering the first CRQ, choosing the variable, the next CRQ that uses the same Group Task Template with the variable task, contains the previous variable selection. Thoughts?
