Happy Monday to all, I am looking for any documentation on how Hyperion could pull data (i.e. integrate with BMC ITSM 7.6.4). Before we moved from 7.6.1 to 7.6.4 Informatica. Version 9.1.0 was able to pull data from the Remedy database with no issues. However, since moving to 7.6.4 the Hyperion jobs have at times been getting this error "STATUS = 3 and LAST_ERROR_CODE = 4036. Where 3 = "Failed" and 4036 = "Failed to connect to (Remedy) database".
>From the Remedy side of things and other systems that use the Remedy data, >they have seen no issues. Just Informatica. So I have to ask if anyone has any ideas?
