If you want only SEVERE message in the "AR Email Error Logs" form then set the level as SEVERE only. If you don't want any message in the "AR Email Error Logs" form then set the level as OFF only.
To change this level setting you need to navigate to %JRE_PATH%\lib\logging.properties Open the logging.properties file. Search for com.bmc.arsys.emaildaemon.ARSystemHandler.level , if this is not there then add with appropriate log level. Hope this will help for you. Yet we're still getting INFO, FINER, FINEST, etc. With the number of emails we have going through per day, thats a lot of additional database activity. I've tried a few different settings, it always seems to be ignored. Even commenting out the lines makes no difference. Is there another setting hidden somewhere in the depths of the AR System that needs to be changed?
