Thanks Patrick! I believe I have CR Developer on my PC. We do have Crystal Reports server, but are not using it right now (long story). But I was pretty sure that I could still create a report using CR Developer, create a .rpt file and invoke it using work flow (just like they do using the Print button on CI's), which invokes their own Crystal Report without any problems.
<sigh> I'll keep chugging through. :) Lisa -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Patrick Zandi Sent: Wednesday, July 31, 2013 6:35 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Crystal Reports - Why doesn't mine work?
