Thanks Patrick!

I believe I have CR Developer on my PC. We do have Crystal Reports
server, but are not using it right now (long story). But I was pretty
sure that I could still create a report using CR Developer, create a
.rpt file and invoke it using work flow (just like they do using the
Print button on CI's), which invokes their own Crystal Report without
any problems.

<sigh> I'll keep chugging through. :)

Lisa if you have Crystal reports server on your PC then your midtier can
use it you just need to install a midtier portion on your Crystal
reports server and it will show, However I have a sneaking suspicion
that you actually have Chris or reports developer on your PC and not
Krista reports server which is like the $14,000 version so just check
that
