All, Has anyone gone from ITSM and ARS 7.1 to 8.1 and would like to share your experience? My plan is to start with a fresh install of 8.1 in a staging area and then bring over my customization (nothing to drastic here) and bring over all the data, foundation and Incidents and Changes and Problems. All serves will be virtual including the SQL Server 2005 DB.
