Ya, but even without customizations there should still be upgrade projects and if a company is <7.6.4 and wants to go >= 7.6.4 they would need some help. I wonder if there is some fear behind going to 8.x since it is so different and as such everyone is sitting where they are?

It seems that it's less 'Monster' these days, than having your resume ON Monster (and recently updated)....I have noticed that any time I update my resume on Monster, I get a flurry of calls for about a week or so. In general I would agree...that it's pretty quiet.
