"Delete your browser cache" is to AR System 7.6.4 as "Reboot your PC" is to Windows 95. It will probably be 75% or more of the issues reported to your team after the upgrade, but will taper off as users being to remember to do so. Hopefully 8.1 is more compatible with IE than 7.6.4.
