Good morning everyone. I've been trying to find a field on an Incident record that would be populated when someone working with a Change Request would move over to the Quick Action area of the Change and select Incident from the Create Related Request menu.
The requirement is to find any Incidents that would be created from a CR, querying only the Incident form. It seems like I've looked at 200 or so fields (through the reporting tool) but I haven't found anything yet. Any help? ITSM 7.6 Thanks in advance and have a great day!
