SRM - Service Request Management

It's self service for your customers. They can use it to submit requests
instead of calling or emailing.

AOT - Application Object Template
PDT - Process Definition Template
SRD - Service Request Definition

Incident, Change, Work Orders

If you want to kick start your learning be prepared to be kicked. It's not
an intuitive process.

For step 1 I'd start with an incident template.

Search BMC Communities, YouTube, etc for SRM videos. There's a couple of
helpful ones out there.
