We have 4 mid-tiers behind a load balancer connected to 2 ARS servers. We're using the Best Practice View of the Incident screens. Periodically we'll have a user report that a field gets partially overlaid by another field thus rendering the overlaid field inaccessible. This doesn't appear to be field specific as it has happened on different fields. The most recent occurrence happened when the Assignee field move under the Service field. Other users accessing the same mid-tier at the same time do not experience this behavior. Logging the affected user out, clearing the browser cache, exiting the browser and restarting does not clear the condition. Has anyone experienced this behavior?
