Sadly, neither fiddler or workflow logs are of any particular use. Due to the nature of AR System workflow, there will always be a large amount of untested combinations of workflow/browser.

The fact you've identified a broad level source of the problem and two patch levels should make the problem easier to solve. If you can easily reproduce it, I can't think of any quicker way than a webex and a Javascript debugger.

But hey, what do I know about support :)
