Hello all:
 
I was wondering if anyone had any technical solutions/policies regarding users attaching, via MidTier, attachments into the ITSM/Remedy solution that may or may not have been scanned for viruses.   
 
Is there a solution for ensuring that any attachments that are put into the Remedy ARSystem database have been scanned appropriately ?
