We are currently looking at a product to integrate our Remedy environment with Microsoft System Center 2012 Orchestrator. Right now we are starting to evaluate the Integration Pack from Kelverion. I am just wondering if anyone else is using this product? If you are using it and have anything you'd like to share (good, bad, or indifferent), I'd appreciate your feedback..
